The University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zapre\u0161i\u0107 invites students to participate in its 5th International Summer School 2026 <\/strong>on the topic \u201eThink like a Leader – Act like a Manager\u201c<\/strong>, organized within the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP). This dynamic and interdisciplinary program is designed to equip students with essential leadership and business skills needed to navigate today\u2019s complex and rapidly changing global environment.<\/p>

Programme Focus<\/strong><\/p>

The summer school explores key themes including:<\/p>

  • Leadership and self-awareness<\/li>

  • Teamwork and collaboration in international settings<\/li>

    The programme combines virtual and physical mobility<\/strong>, offering a blended learning experience:<\/p>

    • Virtual Mobility:<\/strong> 4 June 2026 and 30 June 2026<\/em>
      Participants will engage in online lectures, interactive sessions, and international group collaboration with students and lecturers from across Europe. This phase introduces key concepts and prepares students for the on-site experience.<\/li>
    • Physical Mobility:<\/strong> 15 June \u2013 19 June 2026<\/em>
      The in-person component takes place in Osijek, Croatia<\/strong>, with activities organized by the University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zapre\u0161i\u0107. During this intensive week, students will work in international teams, participate in simulations and workshops, conduct field research, and engage with entrepreneurs and local changemakers. The programme also includes cultural activities, providing insight into Croatian heritage and lifestyle.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
