Through the integration of theory and practice, students will be trained to work with the latest technologies and methodologies, including machine learning, data security, big data management and software development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study is conducted entirely online, which allows students flexibility in their learning by offering an optimal balance between studies and other commitments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The study allows students to specialize in specific areas of IT that are most interesting to them or most relevant to their career goals, whether it is software development, data analytics, IT project management, or information systems security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Graduates of this study will be well prepared for the job market, with competencies that are highly sought after in the industry. The IT sector is continuously growing, and the need for qualified experts in the field of applied information is greater than ever. This study opens the door to diverse career opportunities in the IT industry, both in Croatia and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Applied Information Technology study program places special emphasis on innovation, research, and development, encouraging students to apply their knowledge in creating new solutions that can improve business processes, enhance user experience, and contribute to the development of society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any additional information about the study, feel free to contact the head of the study, dr. sc. Through the integration of theory and practice, the study program encourages the development of analytical, design and implementation skills of students in order to prepare them for a successful career in the dynamic field of information technologies. In addition, the goal is to encourage critical thinking, the development of team spirit and continuous learning in order to prepare students for the challenges of the modern business environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>General (generic) competencies that a student acquires upon completion of studies:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>proactiveness and innovative approach in business<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication in the appropriate context and at adequate levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tendency towards collaboration and teamwork<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rational time management and adaptation to business situations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>communication and presentation skills in Croatian and English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>responsibility towards work and continuous improvement of one's skills and knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>application of ethical principles and responsible business practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The professional applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>analyze business problems and identify information technologies that can contribute to the solution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>know the process of analyzing data and making
