University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić warmly welcomes academic staff from partner institutions to participate in mobility activities within the framework of the Erasmus+ programme. We are committed to fostering international cooperation and promoting the exchange of knowledge, teaching practices, and professional experience.
Our institution hosts incoming staff under both KA131 (intra-European mobility) and KA171 (international mobility with partner countries) projects. To check the availability of mobility opportunities, applicants are advised to contact the Erasmus+ coordinators at their home institutions.
This type of mobility enables academic staff to carry out teaching activities at our institution.
Key information:
This mobility activity supports the professional development of both academic and administrative staff through various training opportunities.
Key information:
Erasmus+ financial support is a grant provided to help participants cover some of the costs associated with studying abroad. It is intended to support expenses such as travel, accommodation, food, and other daily living costs during the mobility period.
The individual grant depends on the duration of the mobility. From day 5 to day 14, the daily rate is 140 EUR, while from day 15 to day 60, it is 98 EUR per day.
In addition to the mobility period, staff members receive funding for 2 travel days (one before and one after the mobility). For green travel, participants may be eligible for funding for up to 4 additional travel days, making a total of up to six travel days.
The travel grant is calculated based on the distance between the sending institution and UAS Baltazar Zaprešić, using the European Commission’s official Distance Calculator and the applicable travel grant rates.
