International cooperation refers to the implementation of activities in the form of exchange of students and employees of the Polytechnic in the scientific and/or professional field. Mobility as such is a very important part of the Polytechnic’s internationalization because both its employees and students are provided with various training opportunities, new experiences, new collaborations, work on foreign projects, conducting research and many other activities that ultimately provide a competitive advantage compared to others such as and entrance to the world.
On the other hand, every foreign student or employee of an educational institution who comes on exchange to the Baltazar Polytechnic also receives maximum support and opportunities in the form of various collaborations, work on projects, new experiences, getting to know the culture, the possibility of research and the like.
Internationalization refers to the development of international relations with partner institutions in the world, encouraging the mobility of students, teaching and non-teaching staff, and participation in international projects and programs in the field of higher education. In view of all global changes, and for the sake of greater internationalization, Baltazar Polytechnic signed the Erasmus charter for higher education in 2013, and undertook to implement it for the period from 2014 to 2020.

Through the ERASMUS+ program, Baltazar Zaprešić Polytechnic has entered into cooperation with more than 100 institutions in over 20 countries around the world.
University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić is actively involved in numerous projects covering various aspects of education, international cooperation and social development. Through its participation in national and European programs, it encourages international mobility of students and teachers, contributes to sustainable business and strengthening the resilience of the economy, and develops the professional skills of its students. The projects enable the improvement of the educational and research capacities of the Polytechnic, connecting the academic community with local communities and industries, and providing students with valuable practical experiences that enrich their expertise and readiness for the labor market.
