If needed, bring the certificate of departure (certificate of stay) to the International office before your actual departure (max 5 days before your departure). We will confirm your departure date and sign the document. Ask your home university to provide you with the certificate form.
Once you passed all the exams and receive your final grade we will send you the Transcript of Records for your Erasmus semester via email.
The University of Applied Sciences “Baltazar Zaprešić” uses a grading system based on 5 points (0-5), 3 being sufficient to pass a course. The weighted numerical average is translated into grade classification as follows:
Excelent (5) – Outstanding performance with only minor errors
Very good (4) – Above the average standard but with some errors
Good (3) – Generally sound work, with a number of notable errors
Sufficent (2) – Fair but with significant shortcomings; performance meets the minimum criteria
Insufficent (1) – Some more work required before the credit can be awarded; considerable further work is required
