We recommend that you arrive a few days before the beginning of the semester so that you have enough time to get familiar with the new environment.
To provide you with all the important information and get to know each other better during the first week of the semester, the Erasmus welcome day will be organized. Further information about this you will receive via email closer to the event.

You need to come here during the welcome week, as all offices, including the International Cooperation Office, are located here!
Your first steps at the campus will lead to the International Cooperation Office, where you will receive your student ID card and all the information you are interested in.

All EU citizens staying in Croatia for more than 90 days pursuing their study have to follow this procedure.
All Non-EU citizens must follow the registration procedure immediately after their arrival to Croatia!
After entering the country you should apply for a residence permit for third-country students with the following documents:

The latest possible arrival for incoming students is two weeks after the start of the semester.
In case you will not arrive by this date with no explanation in advance, your semester will be cancelled.
