The University of Applied Sciences Baltazar Zaprešić organises International Staff Weeks annually, bringing together academic and administrative staff from different countries to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and strengthen international cooperation. The main focus of the International Staff Weeks is Sustainability and Personal Leadership, encouraging participants to explore sustainable practices, develop leadership skills, and exchange ideas on how to apply these principles in their professional and institutional contexts. Through interactive workshops, discussions, and networking activities, participants gain new perspectives, build international connections, and experience Croatian culture.
