Individualized learning of the German language A1.1

The aim of the course is to develop communicative competence in German at level A1.1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

The author and course leader is Ksenija Vanjorek Stojaković

The course was designed and is led by Ksenija Vanjorek Stojaković, master of education in German language and literature and comparative literature. She is a senior lecturer of all German courses in all study areas of the Baltazar Polytechnic. She has been employed there for twenty years. She led and translated the Erasmus project Academic writing online from 2014-2016. and is an IPMA certified project management associate (IPMA Level D). In addition, she taught German youth and business people, occasionally working part-time at the Zaprešić Public Open University and the Goethe-Institut Zagreb.

Her guiding thought is: "I am happiest when I manage to awaken in the participants the joy that through language learning they discover something new, beautiful and useful and other cultures!"

Why?

Knowledge of the German language enables greater labor mobility and easier employment, performing jobs that require knowledge of this language, more thorough study and the possibility of wider international communication.

Course objectives

The goal of the course was determined through a conversation with the participants, and it is to develop communication competence in German at level A1.1 according to Zajedničkom europskom referentnom okviru jezika.

Course content

The content of the course includes the first 5 lessons according to the textbook and the workbook "Menschen" with the use of online tasks.

Number of participants

The optimal number of participants is between 1-5.

At the end of the seminar, each participant will receive a certificate, i.e. a certificate with the name of the course, a list of topics and the number of hours taught. 

Who is the course intended for?

To everyone who wants to temporarily or occasionally work or study in German-speaking countries, tour guides and other workers in tourism, employees and officials of local and regional (regional) self-government units, entrepreneurs and businessmen, etc.

Maintenance dates

The seminar program lasts 40 teaching hours (online) through the Teams application, distributed over 13 Mondays, namely:

  • 07.02.2022. – 02.05.2022 od 18:00 do 20:30 sati.
Enrollment and enrollment conditions:
  1. At the age of 18,
  2. Contract on attending the course concluded (identity card and OIB required),
  3. Payment of the first meal.
